Ok I know I haven't posted on here for a while, but I have still been following WW and losing, in fact this week I had an amazing week and lost 6 pounds. I am not sure why as I didn't do anything different, I think maybe it was because when I was away on holiday two weeks ago I put on a pound and maybe it boosted my metabolism. Who cares, the weight is coming off and I am delighted.
It isn't easy and there are days that I could quite happily put my head in the fridge and just munch everything in sight, but I am trying to resist those cravings. I find not drinking in the week at all really helps, as my willpower seems to disappear after a couple of glasses of wine! Bank holiday weekend was hard and I was set to treat myself with a Chinese, then indulge in chocolates from Hotel Chocolat, but I got superhuman strength from somewhere and said NO!
so my stats now read like this.
31 pounds off!!!!! huuuuuuurrrrrrraaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh
